These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the MintDesk platform, operated by Enerburst (Pty) Ltd, a company registered in South Africa ("MintDesk", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using MintDesk, you agree to these Terms.

MintDesk provides a WhatsApp-native front office platform that allows a business ("Merchant", "you") to manage enquiries, bookings, quotes, invoicing reminders, and crew dispatch through WhatsApp and an accompanying dashboard.
Use of MintDesk's WhatsApp features requires connecting a WhatsApp Business Account via Meta's embedded signup process. MintDesk acts as a Tech Provider under Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform terms, working with Infobip as the underlying Business Solution Provider. You remain responsible for compliance with Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy in your own use of the platform.
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide (pricing, services, business details), for obtaining any consent required from your own customers (including for marketing messages and history import), and for complying with applicable law in your use of the platform, including tax invoicing requirements under South African law.
By default, actions that communicate with your customers on your behalf (quotes, invoices, price changes, marketing messages) require your approval before sending, for an initial period. You may configure agents to act autonomously; doing so is at your own discretion and risk.
MintDesk does not hold or process customer funds directly. Payment collection occurs through your own connected payment provider (e.g. Ozow, Yoco, PayFast, SnapScan). MintDesk is not a party to those payment transactions.
Subscription fees, number rental, and any applicable message overage charges are set out in your selected package at the time of sign-up and may be updated with notice.
Either party may terminate access to the platform as set out in your order or subscription terms. On termination, you may request export or deletion of your data, subject to applicable retention obligations.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
